Q: I don't see the herb / spice that I am looking for on your store?

We are in the process of building out our spice library. New herbs and spices will be added weekly. Follow us on Twitter or Facebook to get notified of new additions to our spice library.

Q: How much spice is in the individual packets?

The packets are designed to fill our bottles and tins The weight of each packet will vary depending upon the density of the specific herb, spice or salt. Each packet contains approximately 6 teaspoons of spices.

Q: What is your product warranty?

If you have any issues with your spice bottles or boxes, please contact us at help@cpise.com for an exchange.

Q: I have a question about my order or need help with my product.

Q: What is the difference between a Discount Code and a Gift Card Redemption in the Cpise Rewards Program?

A Discount Code can be used one-time towards any product on the Cpise store. Discounts cannot be applied to shipping charges.
Gift cards can be redeemed for products and shipping charges on the Cpise store. They can be used multiple times until a zero-balance is reached or until the expiration date (whichever comes first).
